Betty Hayner - Office Supervisor

Betty is a graduate from Belhaven University with a degree in Business Management. She comes to us with a background as an executive assistant doing accounting related work for the past 12 years. Betty was looking for a career change when she found Parsons! She now gets to interact with the sweetest residents who visit her desk daily. She still uses her accounting skills, making sure the books are correct and the staff gets paid! On her off time, she enjoys trying new things, antique shopping, and spending time with close family and friends, including her first new grand-baby.

Rebecca Seamon - Resident Service Director

Rebecca was born and raised in a little town in Gold Hill, NC. As a kid, she loved to help in the garden and help with the cows. Rebecca has five children, ages ranging from 16 to 24. Rebecca is an animal lover who has adopted two dogs. One is a greyhound, and the other is a mixed breed pup. She loves to read everything but romance novels. She also enjoys jigsaw puzzles. Rebecca is a genuine people person who has been working with seniors for over ten years, and she loves every bit of it. There is not a day I wouldn't say I don't like coming to work. I love what I do!

She feels incredibly blessed to help so many families find peace of mind knowing their loved one is getting the care they deserve and also meeting new friends all along the way.

She lives in Magnolia with her husband Jason and 6-year-old daughter Lila, thier adorable Goldendoodle (Ollie), and 6 chickens. She loves reading, meditation, antiques and spending time outdoors with my family.
